The healthcare service company 1stLine e.K. was founded on April 01, 2010 in Munich and has been enjoying steady growth since then. Initially, the focus of our activities was on the implementation of projects in market research. But soon everything was to be completely different…
From 2012 onwards, we devoted our attention to make the situation with rebate contracts and the associated effects on our customers’ market more transparent in an automated fashion. In cooperation with large and small pharmaceutical companies, this gradually evolved into the 1stLine Contract Analyzer©, which is well known in the industry today. Thus, the services of the Analyzer now also include many new automatically executed processes that pharmaceutical companies have to carry out in connection with discount contracts.
In 2013 we developed, as a ‘by-product’ of the 1stLine Contract Analyzer©, an automated tool for the verification of invoices of pharmacy computer centers (ARZ) as well as ZESAR invoices of private health insurance companies.
In 2014, the 1stLine Hospital Analyzer© was added, a tool for the analysis of German hospitals with a few mouse clicks, based on the quality reports of the hospitals (‘Qulitätsberichte der Krankenhäuser’).
Since 2014 1stLine e.K. also organizes, together with a cooperation partner, the annual event ‘Solutions and knowledge for tender management in the German pharmaceutical market’. The event is especially aimed at managers and specialists in the field of market access and sales of companies in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry. The event is the largest of its kind in Germany.
Currently 1stLine e.K. develops further Business Intelligence solutions for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals.
Ingo Hüser is founder and owner of 1stLine e.K.
He gained extensive professional experience in the health care sector at the world’s largest biotechnology company, where he worked in the areas of sales analysis, pharmaceutical market research and customer relationship management (CRM). Subsequently, Ingo successfully worked as Sales Executive and Project Manager for one of the largest service providers for the pharmaceutical industry. In this function he developed individual solutions around the product launch of innovative drugs in almost all major therapeutic areas. Before founding 1stLine e.K. Ingo worked for a medium-sized pharmaceutical company as head of sales and marketing in Switzerland, where he was also responsible for international business development.
Ingo studied biology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich with a focus on molecular biology. He also completed a Master of Science Management at the School of Management in Bath, Great Britain.
